These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sarah Office ("the Service"), a content management platform for scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (Creem.io), who handles payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance for all purchases. For any inquiries or support, please contact us at support@sarahoffice.com.
By using Sarah Office, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Sarah Office provides tools to schedule, manage, and publish content (videos, images, and text) to third-party social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The Service acts as an intermediary and requires you to authorize access to your accounts on those platforms.

Sarah Office integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by those platforms, including removal of content, account suspension, or changes to their APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Sarah Office to publish video content to TikTok on your behalf using the TikTok Content Posting API. You remain solely responsible for all content published to TikTok through our Service. You may revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok's app settings under "Manage app permissions".
You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through Sarah Office. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store temporarily, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be successfully published to any platform at any specific time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of content, failed publications, or platform account actions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke all platform authorizations through the respective platform settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
