Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Sarah Office offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not wish to continue, simply do not add a payment method — your access will end automatically at the close of the trial.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the period expires.

3. Refunds — Annual Plan

If you cancel within 14 days of being charged (not counting the free trial period), you may request a full refund.

After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of the annual period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@sarahoffice.com within the applicable window, including your account email and reason for the request. We process refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or fraudulent activity.
